What size space is needed?

To become a Wheelhouse coworking space, a building needs at least 20 desks and a couple of meeting rooms, so that it is financially worthwhile for you and for us.

How does it work financially?

The Wheelhouse takes no big up-front fee: we take a percentage of the income from the desks. That makes it a win-win, because we both want the space full.

This isn’t our main business, I don’t have much time to set something up.

The Wheelhouse can get from agreement to opening in just a few weeks, and our job is to make it hassle-free for you. We are a small, nimble team with ten years of experience.

What kind of location does it need to be?

The Wheelhouse’s sweet spot is a medium-sized town, though we will consider other options. We don’t partner in London, Birmingham or Manchester, where too many big players compete.
