We take pride in our hot-desks and dedicated desk spaces. They are high-quality, affordable and flexible.

We know that there may be questions that you have regarding one of our spaces, so we’ve taken the liberty of putting together our most frequently asked questions and answering them below. Are there any hot-desking areas?

Yes! All of our locations have hot-desking areas.

Are there kitchen facilities?

Yes, all spaces have kitchen facilities with at least a sink, a kettle and a toaster.

Are there parking facilities?

The sites are selected for easy access by public transport and bike racks are be provided at suitable sites.

Are there tea and coffee facilities?

Yes, a top of the range coffee machine is provided with beans from the Missing Bean provided free of charge (we know how crucial coffee is!).

Are utilities and internet included in the price?

Yes, we make no additional charges for utilities.

Can I bring my own chair?

Yes, but we do provide ergonomic chairs at all desks.

Can I have mail delivered?

Yes if you are a full time member.

Is printing available?

Yes, all spaces have printing/scanning/copying facilities.

Is Wifi provided?

Yes, top of the range fibre-optic Wifi is provided at all spaces at no extra cost

What security is in place?

We take security very seriously at the Wheelhouse, implementing door entry systems and CCTV.

What's the maximum number of desks per company?

Anywhere from 1 to 6 of you is brilliant.

Whats the minimum contract length?

One month.
